Joey Denton is the Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries. He was married to Jamie in March of 99 and they now have two boys; William “Tyler” and Eli Anderson. He graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science. He is currently working on a Master of Divinity at SouthEastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is responsible for the Youth programs at DBC and is also assisting with various ministry projects and outreach programs. He played golf for the University of South Carolina from ’91 to ’95 and owned Denton’s Golf Shop in Cramerton before going into the ministry full time. He spends his off time with Jamie and the boys and enjoys college football. His great love is to see students on fire for God.
